To ensure customer security our online payments are handled by Stripe an online payment solution payment supplier.
Every printed item is uniquely customised to the particular requirements of the customer. Printed products are of no use to anyone but that company. This makes an "open" returns policy very difficult to operate. However, at Digital Copy Shop Limited we want our customers to be completely satisfied with the printed products we supply.
Every effort is made to ensure that your work is printed to a good commercial standard.
Prior to placing your order please call 01482 688234 if you are unsure about the quality of your files or any other aspect of your job and our team will be happy to help.
If we make an error in printing which is our fault, we will happily reprint the job at our expense. This does not include the printing of poor quality files which are supplied by the customer or incorrect colour profiles. All files should be supplied in CMYK, in the required sheet dimensions at 300dpi
Proofs: Digital Copy Shop Limited can supply proof prints of your work at £25.00 prior to print if required. Please note that proofs are produced on a Xerox Versant 80 Press and colour may vary for large production runs.
How to return an order once agreed with a member of staff: Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your return efficiently:
Wrap the goods securely in the original packaging (if any), ensuring that you include your order number and returns number (which will be supplied once agreed with a member of staff).

We will notify you via e-mail when your return has been received. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service/courier.
Please report Goods Damaged in Transit to us by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 days of delivery.
Please keep the goods safe and you will be contacted by return.
